Ask the sales person at your local hardware store to recommend a good quality water sealer for your deck that you will apply 1-2 times per season.
No. We let you purchase your own. We recommend a 50lb electric trolling engine.

Some clients have also opted to come pickup their Delta Dock themselves. For that they would need a flatbed that is at least 8 feet wide and 16 feet long.
We use eco-friendly treated pine wood. In the past, docks would be made with that green looking treated wood that was terrible for the environement. Today, treated wood is much more environmentally friendly, kid safe and has a brownish cedar-like colour.
We recommend you try and find a safe spot on your land or a friendly neighbours land to back up the pontoon directly in the water. In the event the access is too limited, we offer on-site installations for a fee and we will send a team out to build the Delta Dock on site. Please contact us for rates.
If you have a calm lake it can remain in the water all winter loosely tied to the dock. We also recommend you pull it to shore and let it sit on your land. Don’t forget to tie it to something with a rope.
